The AACo County College is an executive education program designed for and about county government service. Offered as a unique partnership between the Arizona Association of Counties and Arizona State University's Public Executive Education Program, the AACo County College modifies the Certified Public Manager (CPM) curriculum to enhance the lessons of leadership, ethics, organizational behavior, change management and intergovernmental affairs for those in Arizona county service.
The AACo County College is the only CPM program in the nation designed for and about county government service. While other CPM programs offer general lessons in public management, the AACo County College uses real-world county situations.
