Registration

ADVANCED registrations received between April 24 and May 21 are $195 and include the entire conference and all events.

GENERAL/ON-SITE registrations received May 22 through June 6 are $225 and include the entire conference and all events

GUEST REGISTRATIONS are available if you would like to bring a guest to social functions of the conference. The Guest registration rate is $135.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before April 18 will receive a FULL REFUND
Cancellations received April 19 - May 23 are subject to a $50 Cancellation fee. Registrants who have already paid at the time of cancellation will be reimbursed less the $50 processing fee. For instances where payment is still outstanding, counties will receive an invoice for the cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 23. In addition, a cancellation must be submitted in order to prevent your County from being billed for the registration options you selected. Registering and then not attending the conference is NOT a form of cancellation.
