Program Information Hotel Information Conference Agenda Conference Information & Online Registration Form Registration ADVANCED registrations received between April 24 and May 21 are $195 and include the entire conference and all events. GENERAL/ON-SITE registrations received May 22 through June 6 are $225 and include the entire conference and all events GUEST REGISTRATIONS are available if you would like to bring a guest to social functions of the conference. The Guest registration rate is $135.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received on or before April 18 will receive a FULL REFUND
- Cancellations received April 19 - May 23 are subject to a $50 Cancellation fee. Registrants who have already paid at the time of cancellation will be reimbursed less the $50 processing fee. For instances where payment is still outstanding, counties will receive an invoice for the cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 23. In addition, a cancellation must be submitted in order to prevent your County from being billed for the registration options you selected. Registering and then not attending the conference is NOT a form of cancellation.
